Phenolic resin for glass wool and rock wool
Specializes in the production of Phenolic resin for glass wool and rock wool
1. Rock wool (resin) glue This resin can be used as an adhesive in the production of rock wool, slag wool, and its products, and it can be made into semi-hardness cotton boards, cotton felts, tube shells, etc. of various specifications. When using this resin, dilute it with proportional multiples of water, spray it into a mist and absorb it on the rock wool and slag wool fibers through gas pressurization, and cure it through processing equipment. The resin makes the rock wool and slag wool fibers light yellow to increase the strength and have the advantages of non-combustibility.
2、2. Glass wool (resin) glue This product is a glass wool-applied resin adhesive. When using this resin, dilute it with a proportional multiple of the glass wool gel liquid, spray it into a mist and absorb it on the glass wool fibers through gas pressure, and is heated and cured by processing equipment to form. The resin increases the strength of the glass wool fibers and is light yellow, which has the advantages of non-combustibility. It is used as an adhesive in the production of its products and makes semi-hardness cotton boards, cotton felts, tube shells, etc. of various specifications.

Packaging and shipping:
Generally, it is packaged in 200/250kg iron barrels or 30kg plastic barrels. Resin must be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources and dust.
It is recommended to store below 10℃, the lower the temperature, the better. The transportation process avoids direct sunlight and stays away from heat sources. It is best to use refrigerated trucks for transportation in summer.
Storage period: 3 months in winter and 1 month in summer (below 25℃)
Phenol foam resin
Phenol foam
Phenolic foam is a foam plastic obtained by foaming by phenolic resin under the action of a catalyst. Compared with organic foams such as polystyrene foam and polyurethane foam, it has the characteristics of heat resistance, flame retardancy, flame penetration, low smoke and low toxicity, low thermal conductivity, wide use temperature, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, and stable dimensionality. Compared with inorganic insulating materials such as rock wool and glass wool, it has the advantages of light weight, low thermal conductivity and good sound insulation.
From the cell structure, there are two types of phenolic resin foams, namely open-cell flower mud foam and closed-cell thermal insulation foam. Flower mud foam is used to store flowers, and it is usually dyed green with pigments. The flower mud should absorb water quickly, flow slowly, easily cut but not too brittle. Closed-cell insulated phenolic foam is used in the field of insulation and traditional polyurethane foam, but phenolic foam has better heat resistance, dimensional stability and flame retardancy. The production of phenolic foam is very complex. The success of the production depends not only on the raw materials used, but also on the stability and reproducibility of the production process, which requires very strict control of each parameter.
Phenol foam is used in the insulation of building walls, fire doors, ceilings, chemical equipment and pipelines, flower arrangement mud, air conditioning duct insulation, underground filling and reinforcement, etc.
