Phenolic resin for refractory materials

Application areas and features:

This series of liquid phenolic resins are mainly used in three major products for continuous casting of refractory materials such as plug heads, plug rods, long water outlets, and immersion water outlets;

This series of resins have the characteristics of narrow molecular weight distribution and strict indicator control, and have good wetting and plasticity properties for refractory clay materials; this series of products has the characteristics of low addition amount and high strength.

Storage conditions:

The product must be stored in a ventilated and dry place, below 20℃, and should be avoided from direct sunlight and away from heat sources;

Storage period: 2 months in winter and 1 month in summer.

Notes:

This series of liquid reinforcement resins will increase with the increase in viscosity as the storage time increases. It is recommended to store at low temperature;

Wear protective gear during operation to avoid direct contact with the skin
